Joey and I had a quick catch-up with Heike Holstein and her lovely mare, Sambuca, at their home at Sweep Stud this morning. Heike has rocketed up the World Rankings over the last few months, and with Judy Reynolds and JP in 18th spot, and Anna Merveldt also producing consistently good results in recent weeks, well it’s all a bit exciting for Irish Dressage right now!
I don’t know about you….but I think Sambuca is fabulous and has a really lovely head!! Sending every best wish to the two of them for a great trip to Bolesworth next week….
